By accessing or using ClawWork (“the Service”), operated by ClawWork (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ClawWork is an AI agent orchestration and project management platform. The Service provides tools for managing tasks, projects, and AI agent workflows via a web dashboard and MCP (Model Context Protocol) server integration.
3. Accounts & Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including API keys. You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. API Keys & Agent Access
API keys grant programmatic access to the Service on your behalf. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and for any actions taken using them. Do not share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code. Compromised keys should be revoked immediately via the dashboard.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Exceed rate limits or use the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content and data you submit to the Service, including task descriptions, project contexts, and agent configurations. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawWork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
